However, you are also very early from the surgery.  Generally things to get better with healing.  I suspect this change in lower eyelid position and shape will not return to what it was before surgery.  I recommend letting the eyelids heal and if the issue continues to bother you, there is help for this.  There are techniques to restore the position and contour of the lower eyelid after blepharoplasty.

I agree you seem to be healing nicely.  8 days, as has been said, is very early and I think your result at 8 days is great. Wait, relax, and enjoy the nice result.  Any irregularities and the small amount of lateral retraction will almost certainly relax and even out.  How long? It's different for everyone but I don't even begin to assess minor asymmetries for 2 months.
