Based on the appearance of the scar I believe that surgical scar revision would give your the best result. You should discuss your options with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck.

Removing the scar would leave a large defect which would shorten the eyebrow.  Filling the depression with a hyaluronic acid filler would be a more conservative approach.  If this does not work then the scar revision would still be an option.

Thanks for posting your question. Depending on your goal of full excision of the scar versus filling the depression, there are different approaches you could take. A scar revision would be invasive and would create a different scar through the brow hair line, even if expertly camouflaged. Filler could help elevate the area and create a more fulll appearnce, but would need to be repeated.  Good luck!
