At first I thought maybe it was swelling but it actually looks a little indented now. It’s white. I had Botox 2 1/2 weeks ago. She injected a lot in that area with a ton of saline, more saline dilution than I’d ever seen before. There was bruise at first but that is now gone. I do have a follow-up scheduled with a different provider to get this issue looked at. Do you think it will get better as the Botox wears off? What is going on?

Assuming your Botox was properly injected, you should not have anything to worry about in regards to swimming or other forms of light exercise after your treatment. If you want to be extra cautious, you can wait 4 hours after your injection.
