It is safe to have Botox injections in your neck, so long as you see a certified professional. There are also other skin tightening options out there for the next that may be more longer lasting, such as Profound RF or Ultherapy.

Dear Cinzia55508,Thank you for your question. Yes Botox is safe for the neck as long as it is injected by someone who understands and is experienced with neck anatomy. If injected into the wrong muscle, the Botox could cause undesirable effects. Keep in mind, the horizontal neck lines you have will not be treated by Botox, but can be improved with filler. Hi, Thanks for your question on botox. Wrinkles on your neck can be effectively treated with botox. Botox can stay for more than 4 months and needs sessions. You may also benefit from a few sessions of exilis which tightens your skin. Good luck

Thank you for your question and photos.  Botox Cosmetic injections in the necklace lines and in neck cords is an off label treatment with predictable improvement.  An experienced injector knows the maximum safe amount of units that can safely be done on the neck.
