3 days post op full tt with Lipo flanks and muscle repair. .one side of scar has been bleeding a little but really hurts ?

While what you are describing sounds like very normal recovery following surgery, a quick follow up with your PS can confirm that everything is healing as predicted.  Swelling peaks at 72 hours so you should start to improve from here on.  Best of luck.

Hello,Thank you for your question. I think it would be best if you contact your Plastic Surgeon- let them ensure that you have good pain management and that there is no concern with bleeding. The gurgling you are experiencing may be related to just a little fluid and air trapped in the tissues. This is typically reabsorbed by the body within the first week. But again, it is best that you have this assessed by your Plastic Surgeon to ensure that you are on track recovering well with appropriate compression, drainage, etc. All the best
