I had a mole removal procedure on my face about 6 months ago. Doc said the area will get mix with face texture after 6 months but it's already more than I am concerned if mole is growing back or not? Although the area has become flat but still I think that maybe there is some problem or is it nothing

Like you’ve said there is unfortunately always risk of scarring ect.
To help avoid this I’d suggest a topical silicone gel like stratamed to ensure a healthy heaving environment.
