Every surgeon/clinic will have their own guidelines as to whether you need to be fully vaccinated before your surgery, so you'll need to speak to your surgeon about their covid protocols. That said you can have your liposuction surgery at any time following your covid vaccine. As long as you're feeling well following your vaccine there is no need to postpone your surgery. It is totally safe to have surgery following your vaccine. Please speak to your surgeon if you have any further concerns.

Your second vaccine should be in about a month after your first. You should wait until at least 4-6 weeks from your final vaccination before having surgery. You need for for immune system to completely recover. This is for any vaccine.

I encourage you to discuss this with your surgeon as opinions may vary. While you may be able to have surgery without the vaccine, some surgery centers and hospitals may have preoperative requirements for those that are not fully vaccinated. Your surgeon will be able to advise you further.

After your 2nd covid vaccine you can have your plastic surgery after 2 months. It will give your body time to adjust. Keep in mind that every doctor is different. We do recommend taking your vaccine on the recommend schedule for your dose.

I would recommend obtaining maximum immunity by waiting a few weeks after your second vaccination.
