I had a full trunk smart lipo 2 years ago. It has left what feels like a ledge of fat over my rib cage in the front under my breasts. I can literally feel with my fingers where the lipo line stops. Is it possible to have a revision for this shelf of fat over the rib cage? Can you even lipo over the rib cage under the breast? I cannot find Information anywhere on the web. Also, I lost 30lbs of additional weight since then, so this fat is for sure not going anywhere. Thank you in advance
