Hi , Thanks for sharing your question with pictures. Cystic acne will cause tissue damage. You can try fractional laser and derma roller to soften the scar. Fat transfer will help you to address volume loss. Kindly meet a board certified plastic/ cosmetic surgeon . Best of luck.

Thank you for your question. Yes cystic acne can leave what are called atrophic scars, which result in some volume loss, hence the depressions under the skin.There are a range of ways of treating these from laser and Tixel, to a combination of microneedling, PRP, subcision and CROSS (a very localised application of a strong peel solution). As there are different types of scar we need different ways of treating them for best results.Best wishes.
