8 years after rhinoplasty and the tip is hard. Will a revision to remove graft make the nose tip softer? Is there any other way?

Its been 8 years since my rhinoplasty And i was told that after 2 years nose tip would be softer already. I believe they used my septum cartilage to extend my nose tip and although i like my nose shape, i hate that its hard. I always feel ashamed of people trying to touch my nose etc because of that. Is there a way to make the nose tip softer? Will a revision to remove graft be the only way??
