My eyes and eyebrows seem uneven and different. Is this asymmetry in my bone structure or a droopy face/eyelid? (Photo)

This appears to be causing a compensatory elevation of the right upper eyelid.  This is very subtle.  You will see it in photos and of course trouble yourself about it in the mirror.  The important thing to understand is that no one else is likely to notice it.  I would not recommend even remotely spending any time thinking about this issue because in social interaction it is not likely to cause any distraction or focus.  If you find that you can not keep your thoughts from this or that preoccupation of this issue is taking up hours of your time or causing you to avoid social situations including dating, parties, or work circumstances, this may represent a thought disorder called body dysmorphic disorder.  Working with a psychologist can be very helpful if that is the case. Try to stay away from the cosmetic surgeon.  You don't need us and studies have should that surgeons and individuals with body dysmorphic disorder tend to misunderstand each other giving rise to catastrophic surgical outcomes.

From this picture, there is very little asymmetry of the eyes themselves. But the eyebrows appear to be at different levels. That can be correct with eyebrow ptosis repair. You are holding your eyebrows high anyway in this picture. so your true eyebrow position is not clear. Please have an evaluation by an oculofacial plastic surgeon. There is no bony abnormality seen in the photo at all.  

You have a beautiful face and slight asymmetry probably due to slight differences in the bony structure. Almost all of us are asymmetric to some degree and what you have will rarely be noticed.  I would highly discourage surgery of any kind unless this worsens as you age. 

Thank you for the photo, you have a pretty face.  All of the issue you are noticing are very normal and they seem to be caused by bone structure asymmetry.  Faces have the same asymmetry issues that breasts and feet have.  It is not uncommon for feet and or breasts to be different sizes and this also includes the face.There are little procedures that can be tried to help with the asymmetry but I would caution you to be careful so you do not cause other issues.Best WishesDr. Peterson
