My eyes and eyebrows seem uneven and different. Is this asymmetry in my bone structure or a droopy face/eyelid? (Photo)

I don't notice this as much in the mirror as I do in real life, but it really seems like my one eye is bigger than the other eye. You can also see that my one eyebrow is higher than the other eyebrow. Is this asymetry in my bone structure or a droopy face/eyelid? I did have quite some medical issues when I was younger and I now have to take high blood pressure medication because of that but I don't think any of that has got anything to do with this. I included a photo, thank you in advance!
