Any surgery to make my eyes smaller and less protruding? (Photo)

As you can see in the photo, I really do have big eyes. Whenever you look at it at the side, it seems like it's going to pop-out. I have these deep valleys in between my eyes and eye brows. Whenever I intentionally make my eyes bigger, it seems it's really going to pop-out.

After assuring that the thyroid gland function is normal there are many procedures that improve the protruding eyes. Enlarging the eye socket is the most complex measure and we resort to it in the extreme situations. You seem to have slight ptosis (droopy eyelids) which is beneficial to the protruding eyes since it hides the minor problem to some degree but makes you look tired. You also have hollowing of the eyelids which you eyes your eyes to look slightly protruding. The best approach in your case would be to correct the ptosis to make your eyes look more energetic and inject fat in your upper lid, lower lid and the cheek area. This would make your eyes look less protruding, which they are not really that bad and create harmony around your eyes and it would be a simple out patient procedure completed in about 1 hour. You may want to consult a plastic surgeon from your area who has experience in doing these procedures.

The eyes can look prominent either because the eyeballs are bulgy or the area surrounding the eyeballs is hollow, or a combination of the above.  Orbital decompression will address the first problem by allowing the eyeballs to reset back.  Filling around the eyes (with filler or fat or sometime implant) will address the second problem.  Some patients would benefit might benefit from both procedures. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation.
