You really need to ask post surgery questions to your doctor.  Your doctor knows your personal medical information and can direct you to a better treatment plan.In general, there should be no issue with aloe.

This can cause a bad allergy but its best to first verify with your transplant doctor in person.

your doctor should provide you with a post op regiment to follow. However, in general if the recipient area has healed after two weeks and all the scans are gone you can use aloe Vera. Sometimes itching is a sign of healing but if it continues you need to contact your doctor.

Many people complain of itching after a hair transplant as the skin is dry and there is a lot of recovery of the skin edges after a hair transplant that causes redness and itching. The use of aloe vera gel works well provided it is not used in the first 4-5 days when healing is most active. A good washing routine is important and I generally get our patients to wash their hair daily and use a conditioner on the skin after the wash to soften it and prevent itching, but aloe vera gel can work well.
