I had butt implants 4 months ago. it went very well but from the beginning I felt the left side a little different

Dear Dila,      Back a side views of your before and after pictures would have been very helpful. If your buttocks were asymmetrical (size wise) before surgery and you got same size implants , you are going to be asymmetrical after surgery.   You did not give us information about the type of implants that you got. Round implants can't rotate, though they can flip over if the pocket is under the skin. Oval implants can rotate if the pocket is too big, however it is very ease to re rotate into position.   If your surgeon has lots of experience with butt implants he or she will know what to do. On the other hand if the response that you are getting is unsatisfactory, consult with other board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety.                          Best of luck,                                      Dr Widder

Please be sure to check in with your implanting surgeon. This is a problem that can easily be solved by an office visit.  If its rotated or flipped your surgeon will be able to fix it for you with a non surgical approach.  However if its a pocket issue you may need additional surgery.  It is VERY important that you choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and has stats, patient testimonials and a large gallery.  I see patients from around the world because its my specialty.  Don't choose a plastic surgeon based on convenience OR price.
