Dear Hair transplant doctors, I have just a hair transplant surgery in December 2017. FUT method,3000 grafts.,covered only the front and midscalp. Plan to go for 2nd surgery to cover the vertex(crown)area,after 12 months. 1) How many grafts do I need? 2) What is my donor area capacity? 3)Which method should be recommended,FUT or FUE?

Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 4500+ grafts might be good opiton for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best.
You have to wash your hair gently for the first five days after your hair transplant. After day 5 you can wash it normally and shampoo and comb without the risk of hair loss. Here is a guideline of step by step care of your hair after a FUE procedure.
