The best way to get out of bed after breast augmentation surgery? Numbness from nipples down?

Today is my day 4 post surgery. 1. What's the best way to get out of bed in the morning or any other time. It feels sore around stitches. 2. Is it normal to have numbness from nipple down? Why is that?
