Atrophic scar on nose, could dermal fillers help? (photo)

At the beginning of december 2018 accidently I cut open my nose. Currently, I have a dermapen treatment (I had 3 treatments), but nothing changed. Today my friend told me that dermapen doesn’t work on nose because the skin is too thin. I was reading a lot about dermal fillers, that they are able to fill up the scar. I was wondering if it could help me? I really believe there is a solution, I am afraid to spend more money on laser treatments etc, because in many cases there is almost no results.
