Yes fillers would definitely fill this area but I would suggest you to do microneedling first before going for fillers.

Thanks for posting your question--and especially for the photos which help illustrate to the rest of us what you see!  The shadow picture enhances the contrast between your healthy skin and that of the scar--I suspect your eye travels to it in photos and the mirror, but for now if you were my sister I would not recommend further treatment for a spell.  By your description, it sounds as though you are now 4-5 months beyond the injury.  The skin heals quickly, but remodeling of scar tissue can continue for almost 2 full years after the initial insult--and my experience as a certified wound care Nurse Practitioner tells me it will continue to settle out quite a bit all on it's own over the next year or so.  Continuing treatment options such as laser or needling may do more to re-aggravate it rather than camouflage the tissue. I would support you to keep it well hydrated, and protect it from the sun's UV rays.  You could re-consider microneedling or a skin resurfacing laser in the future--but time might be all you need!
