Is it alright to do carboxy therapy and get fillers under the eyes at the same time?

Hi, 
I would not recommend doing fillers at the same time as the carboxytherapy. The reason is that carboxytherapy enhances the circulation, and it is possible that it will diminish the product that was placed in the area. Since I do both procedures, here is what I tell my clients:
1. Carboxytherapy works to correct the underlying cause of dark circles and puffy undereyes. It enhances and improves the circulation and that not only prevents further damage due to sluggish removal of oxidation products which damage collagen and elastin, but it promotes the growth of new healthy vibrant circulation around the eyes. If you do not deal with the underlying problem, you will spend alot more time and money and frustration dealing with the problem the rest of your days.....
2. You can always do fillers after the initial 10-15 carboxy sessions. In this case you will probably need less filler which will create a more natural result with less cost. And maybe you won't need fillers at all. 
3. If you do both, you will never know what worked the best and you will probably always do both in the future which may ultimately cost you more money in the long run.
