Can I get a neck lift after having a thread lift with non dissolving threads?

A standard necklift can be safely performed after someone has a thread lift. Depending on the situation and type of threads, they might need to be removed from their location. Nevertheless, your surgeon should be able to perform the appropriate techniques to adjust the various skin, muscle, and fat layers to create a more youthful, natural looking neck.

With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, I would recommend lasers (Fraxel, CO2, Halo, or Erbium) and microneedling RF (Fractora, Morpheus8, PiXel8, Intensif) to improve the crepey skin and wrinkles. Unfortunately, you are one of many patients with similar experience after tread lift. neck step should be more appropriate neck or lower face/neck lift which is the only way to remove treads and create result that you need.
