Neck lift uneven, ear lobe reattachment, uneven bleph incision, upper eye too much fat removed, damaged kink in lower rim when clamped during op.d
Answer: Consider neck revision once completely healed At this point, I am only addressing the neck and earlobes and perhaps you can get input about the eyes from someone else. You didn’t mention how long ago the surgery was performed. Any revision should allow time for complete healing. At that point, you could consider a revision necklift with platysmaplasty. Earlobe positioning could be adjusted at that time. You should however consider that you have a preexisting asymmetry in your earlobe size which cannot be changed and the earlobes will still likely look different from side to side. This would occur regardless of the quality of the surgery.

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Neck revision, possible eyelid, earlobe revision There is no doubt that neck revision would help to improve current deformity. The same apply for other complains. However, only on the basis of in person evaluation one could give you a more meaningful plan of treatment. I would suggest waiting at least one year for result to stabilize to avoid too much scarring. Good luck.

Answer: Neck lift revision The appearance of the scars around the ears and under the chin suggest that there has been considerable time for settling after your surgery. However, before contemplating repeat surgery it is better to allow at least one year. The neck contour appears to have too much volume reduction in the central part, or it can be that some of the midline sutures that have been used have relaxed. Either way, this is usually controllable with surgical intervention. A degree of skin tightening is also likely to be necessary. In your situation, some of the skin repositioning can be used to shape the earlobes differently. In the end, the right and left earlobes don't tend to be identical be it with or without surgery. As far as the contour of the eyes, in my opinion it is not immediately apparent that too much fat was removed. This is however a very personal assessment and if you feel that the aesthetics of your eyes would benefit from more fullness, fat transfer can represent an option. This is best evaluated by comparing your pre-operative appearance with the post-operative one and draw some conclusions regarding your preferred aesthetic balance.
