SCX & SSX: is the fill volume the same? 94%?

SSX or SCX do they have the same fill level? When it says 97% retention upper pole fullness- does that mean it’s 97% full? Versus a SSX with 94%. Will I be able to see a difference between Inspira UHP 615 SSX and a UHP 700 SSX?
