Is 560-605 cc Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch implants (full profile) too big for me? (Photo)

Thank you for your question.  In general, implants in the size range you are considering are large for a thin, small-breasted person but it depends on the look you want.  Inserting larger implants does have an increased risk of problems like rippling, palpability, and thinning of the overlying tissue so these are important considerations to discuss with your surgeon.  Your surgeon will base their input on your breast characteristics obtained during the physical examination like base dimensions, skin tone, tissue thickness etc.  Their advice will be more important than input based on a photo alone.

Thanks for your question!  Generally speaking, we tell patients that about 100-150cc will take them up a cup size.  If you are wearing an A cup, that logic makes sense.  My biggest concern is that the implant chosen for you might be too large for you based on your photos.  You don't appear to have had children, stretch marks, loose skin, etc so I'm unsure that implant will fit.  If you aren't feeling confident, ask to have another conversation with your surgeon.  Best of luck!
