Can Bodytite actually make a thin person's skin lose laxity? Why has my skin aged exponentially if I only needed tightening?

What you are describing is the opposite of what Bodytite should do to the skin.  If it was combined with liposuction then the area could have had more fat removed that may contribute to this.

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the results from your BodyTite procedure. You did not mention what body area was treated with the BodyTite and whether any liposuction was performed on the area. Also, you did not say how far out you are from your procedure. It can take up to 6 months to see the optimal skin tightening with BodyTite. Pre-op and post-op pictures are also very helpful.I have not seen skin laxity develop following treatment with BodyTite by InMode. The energy of the hand piece is bi-polar and travels from beneath the skin to the surface of the skin to tighten the tissue. There are some areas of the body where skin tightening is not as prominent as other areas such as the inner thighs. This is because there is less supportive connective tissue in this space. When treated with BodyTite this connective tissue shrinks down and helps to tighten the skin. Thus, if someone had extensive liposuction of the inner thighs followed by BodyTite there might be some skin laxity.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
