You are correct. The injuries to your nasal bridge are the cause of the problem. The breathing issues are also related to the trauma but may have an underlying allergic cause with the turbinate enlargement. Surgical correction would be helpful for your appearance and function too. Best, Dr. G.

Yes some noses that have deviated cartilage want to return to that side.  A revision  should not only try to correct this but trim your tip cartilage onthe left which appears larger than the right giving the appearance of deviation.  See an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon...

Your rhinoplasty incisions are certainly healed after 1 week or less.  The full strength in any scar is not realized for 6 months.  That being said and contrary to the previous two Real Team experts, I see no reason why you can't go on a roller coaster 4 weeks after open rhinoplasty...
