Would a Tummy Tuck without lipo to the flanks give me good results? (Photos)

I am 56. 118 lbs 5’4”. I have had 2 children 35 & 30y. I was told that I do have moderate diastasis recti due to pregnancy. My weight only fluctuates by 3-5lbs. I have never weighted over 125 except for pregnancy (145lb). I had a C/S with my first child and was cut vertically and over the years that scar has tethered and as I’ve aged, the lower abdominal skin sags around that scar. I had a doctor years ago try to pull it down and remove it leaving me with a horizontal scar below my vertical scar, so I am planning to get a full TT to remove the vertical scar, saggy lower belly and do MR for the diastasis recti. I am not so much looking to be snatched as some people put it, but a bit of curve would be nice. I am really not wanting to do lipo to my flanks but will I still have nice results with my current situation and with TT/MR only would I be in a situation with possible overhang if I did gain 3-5lbs? And also I’m wondering if my upper abdomen has enough skin to be pulled down as to not have another vertical incision?
