Im a mom of 2. I have wanted breast implants since 15 years old. I never had a lot but after breastfeeding 2 children i was left with nothing. I am so happy I FINALLY got it done as my kids are 1.5yrs old and 4yrs old.

Dr Carlin worked magic on my body. He's patient and joy to discuss all your issues with. I am a week out of surgery and very little pain but very sore. I can't thank him enough for showing his skills on me. He lifted my breast, tucked my tummy and Lipo.

It would take me a million years to say how much I love this doctor. He is beyond kind and patient and real and his surgical abilities are probably the best in the entire country. He is to be trusted with the most important surgery of all, in my case, my neck and lower face. He make me look natural and beautiful. I feel and look 15 years younger. He is amazing!!!!! He changed my life after my divorce. You don't need to look any further than Dr. Carlin.

Doctor Carlin proved miracles can happen! I started out with zero symmetry. Right breast always felt/looked different. The skin, tissue, crease, areola all felt like it wasn't normal. I was mortified looking at it. 1st BA I got 360cc full profile natrelle through bottom of areola incision with a peri lift on my "deformed" breast. Peri meaning only the top of the areola was cut and lifted. As you can see what was hoped to be an easy fix just enhance my issue. 5 years of sadness later I got with Dr Carlin and decided to give it one more try.I showed him what I wanted although I was well aware of my issue and the chances of ever coming close were not good (or I thought). Surgery was June 16... when I woke up I wasn't sure about what I saw. But he said to let it heal before I made a judgment. 16 weeks later here I am in amazement. He completely transformed that breast with only scar around the areola.He secured sutures/stitches and everything to make sure it holds. I'm amazed this is me now. I went from a girl who cringed when someone told me I was beautiful because of how ugly I felt mentally. I still check all the time to make sure it's still there looking normal lol the hardest part is having to train my mind to stop thinking I still looked deformed. He was also available 24/7 during my healing process to deal with all my spazzing questions (BLESS him for putting up with me) I really don't think I could look better.I still have a weird mental fear that boob will "give up on life" again (like something good happening to you and you're not use to good things happening for you so you're terrified it'll get taken away) but knowing Dr. Carlin will be there, in the unlikely event I wake up with that boob going crazy, to help me is the most secure feeling.I don't think Dr Carlin understands exactly how much he has changed my life. Feeling like a freak-show from the moment I started to develop until I was 32...then to one day seeing myself like this and not be mortified at how I look! All the mental anguish I had against myself is gone! THANK YOU DR. CARLIN! Literally went from having boobs who were strangers on different planets to boobs that look like sisters!! I'm amazed and so thankful!

Time has flown by! Guess that happens when you aren’t stressing your boobs every day! Posting some updated pictures since it’s been a while. I am happy with how they have healed. Only thing that hasn’t been perfect (and just recently) is I have a little displacement when I lay down on one side but it’s nothing major/concerning! I do wish my areola would have healed just a tad smaller but at the same time I wish my other natural areola was smaller so I don’t think that counts haha! I am just super thankful. I still want to cry looking at my before pictures. I continue to randomly bother Dr Carlin with spazzing episodes and he calms me every time! Bless his heart for putting up with me…. I get on my own nerves Doctor magic hands!

Dr Carlin is an absolutely wonderful surgeon. From my initial consult, he was very honest with me, he listened to what I wanted, and was very polite and understanding. He removed saline breast implants I had prior and replaced them with silicone and I am so in love! I was so worried my scars would be worse, and he actually took the time to fix my previous scars and made them less noticeable. I am only 4 weeks post op and they already look absolutely incredible. I am so beyond happy with how everything went, the surgery, the staff, the aftercare, the follow up appointment. I am going back in 2 weeks for another follow up and to talk to him about doing some more work. I recommend him to EVERYONE looking to get any cosmetic surgery.

I am a mom of one kiddo, 5ft tall, 104 pounds, so very petite. I also workout (no cardio, just weights) alot! Before having my child a few years ago my breast were about a 32B, they blew up to a 34D and deflated to a 32C (in a push up bra). I HAVE to wear a push up bra as they are a bit saggy and it bothers me. I am really hoping for perky, more full and bigger (but not to big) boobs. I'm not really set on a certain size, just mainly perky, full and a bit bigger! I hope I can continue working out with the implants. I'm going with silicone and am unsure on if I should do high profile or what...any help on these questions would be appreciated!

So far I am happy with the results, still very swollen and waiting for them to drop. .Wish I would've went a tab bigger. I got SRF size 295. I am 5 foot, was 105 pounds post op I weigh 109 pounds now. I'm in pain but it's not terrible. The hardest thing for me is not being able to work out or have someone help me get/do things for me, but luickly my fiance is a good man.

The pain gets better everyday and I'm doing my daily massages which REALLY help. The pain I have currently is in my lower sternum which honestly is very uncomfortable. I was sleeping in bralettes but am wearing a sports bra tonight to help with the pain. One is more swollen and tighter than the other currently but it's only been a week. I'm glad now that I didn't go bigger and trusted what the doctor suggested. I've gone to Target to try on bathing suits and a few bras and have been extremely happy so far with how I feel in them now. More to come...

Dr. Carlin is the best, he is honest and will definitely not advise unnecessary procedures. If you are looking for the Best, call him. I personally have had surgery performed by him, and have been extremely happy. Have seen other surgical outcomes that are just beautiful, very natural just setting back the clock.

Dr. Carlin made me feel at ease in the office and on surgery day! I had breast augmentation at age 62 and couldn't be more pleased. I went to him asking for a 'lift' and was advised that a small implant should do the trick and it did. That was 4 years ago and I am still pleased with the results as nothing has changed!

De. Carlin is an excellent surgeon. His bedside manner is A1, his work is even better. I had a TT on 7/8/2015 and the results have been amazing. I'm scheduled to go back in for a Breast Reduction as well as liposuction. I highly recommend him as the PS to go to in South Carolina!

Dr Carlin takes pride in his work. He has an amazing bedside manner and is honest. He's attentive and very professional along with his entire office staff. Couldn't ask for anything more from a plastic surgeon!
