Before doing any further procedures, it may be best to wait 6 months or longer to reassess your condition. Your nasal tip may drop several millimeters with time. Lip-lift surgery may lead to visible scarring and permalip tends to feel like "gummy worms". Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

I measure the distance between the base of the nose and vermilion border. In females, the distance for an attractive lip is 11-13 mm. I prefer to see 2-4 mm of tooth exposure when not smiling. When smiling, It is preferred to show the entire tooth and 3-5 mm of mucosa or gum tissue. I hope this helpful.

You appear to be a good candidate for a lip lift procedure. A Permalip implant is not likely to decrease the vertical height of your cutaneous (skin) lip. Wait for all of the Botox and filler to wear off and your rhinoplasty swelling to resolve (maybe 6 months to a year) and discuss it with your surgeon. Good luck!
