I had a rhinoplasty 6 wks ago to improve tip support/raise tip projection. I am noticing a long distance between lip and base of nose. It was already long prior to nose job? I recently did have a Botox lip flip and filler (unfortunately my filler always fades in 2 mths). I don’t want my tip raised anymore and terrified of more nostril show..an outcome that may happen with Lip Lift. Is there a technique to prevent this? Or PermaLip would help?
