Botox caused veins in forehead, temples and 2 large dark blue veins that run from sides of eyes down entire face.Any suggestion?

The only thing I can think is that because the muscles aren't able to move as much anymore, the veins are showing more because they are more present and you can see the blood flow there more clearly. These would be veins that are always there but because muscle movement is inhibited, the superficial veins show more. When Botox is done it can create kind of a plane, so this is why light reflects differently and anything under the skin can be more present. While people hate lines and wrinkles they do help hide some things. You have two options: 1. either have the veins treated or 2. they will stop appearing this way when the Botox wears off. It seems though that you like to have Botox done so your best option just might be to treat the facial veins so they are no longer there. These are superficial veins that you don't need for blood flow purposes, but for facial veins you must see an expert to have them treated.
