Do I have Divarication Recti? Could it be caused by previous surgery?

Hi, I have had four operations for Crohns disease and have been left with a very uncomfortable protruding belly, when doing the classic test for "Diverication Recti" when doing the sit-ups I have a very large hard lump in the center of my stomach, much bigger than I have seen anywhere on the internet? when relaxed I always feel as if my stomach is trying to push out from the inside and this gets much worse after eating? has been caused by my previous surgery? I have also had abdominal hernias.
