While doing the BBL procedure can you also get hips as well?

In detail I have very slim hips and an even smaller rear end I want to get this surgery to greatly enhance my feminine physical appearance. I am also looking for a reasonable price I don't want to be happy but completely broke! I need some help please I really would like to look into this procedure I feel like this would help my confidence level in major way. Thanks!

After your consultation, you should receive a reasonable personalized quote. Do not base your decision solely based on the fee. Its often better to save and use the surgeon you trust. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, thighs, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

If you have enough fat reserves, augmentation of the buttocks and lateral hip region can be performed to enhance your curve.  Because fat resorption is unpredictable, patients sometimes undergo additional augmentation in a staged fashion.

Fat injections can be done anywhere including the hips. The key is whether you have enough fat to harvest to do both the buttocks and the hips. By your own body description that may appear to be a concern.

Fat injections to the hips is a common procedure. The vast majority of my patients have fat injections to the hips along with the buttocks.  Fat injection to the hips along with liposuction making the waist very small is a key to a curvy figure.  The Brazilian butt lift is a procedure that makes a dramatic change  in a patient's appearance. I think it may be the procedure that makes the most dramatic change in the patient's appearance.
