Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, thighs, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

Fat injections can be done anywhere including the hips. The key is whether you have enough fat to harvest to do both the buttocks and the hips. By your own body description that may appear to be a concern.

Fat injection to the hips along with liposuction making the waist very small is a key to a curvy figure. The Brazilian butt lift is a procedure that makes a dramatic change in a patient's appearance.
