Dominican Republic BBL vs. US BBL?

I've been looking through this BBL site and I have noticed that probably 80%of the reviews I've seen are people going to Dominican Republic for their surgeries. I thought it was because of cost, but actually I think it's because of results. The results from overseas are VERY dramatic. The figures are perfectly sculpted. I'm not wanting to go overseas, but I do want those results. Why dont we see them in the US? Are they being too agressive with lipo over there and its not allowed in the US or something?

I would say that there are surgeons in the US who create exceptional results.  For example, I have no doubt that if you look at the photos on my website this will be obvious.   Please also consider safety standards invoked, facilities utilized, and credentials of the surgeon and the anesthesiologist.I perform about 500  Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.   Find a  plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of   Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's   website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can   deliver the results.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
When choosing a plastic surgeon, the most important thing to consider is that he or she is board certified, the experience with the procedure you are interested and that you feel comfortable in his/her hands.
In the Dominican Republic, we have excellent doctors, great professionals, and most importantly, board certified plastic surgeons, that you can choose from.

I think that there are excellent doctors in many locations.  You just have to find one in your area. That is probably best.
