I'm concerned while presently in my 5th day post of my my vagina area is completely swollen as well as my genitals with an itchy vulva should I be concerned and contact my dr!

I may be the lone voice here, but you seem to have a natural-looking full set of breasts now despite your low body fat and muscular definition.  Don't do it!  You may experience ripples, thinning and even the Tyndall effect.  Bigger isn't always better.

This is a difficult question and really depends on specific measurements that can only be determined during a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. In general though, 250cc will increase you a full cup size. So, if you are a C and want to be a full D, you likely need about 350cc...

I usually stop Silvadene after a few days and try to dry out the wound as much as possible.  Weekly visits to your plastic surgeon to keep an eye on things is also not a bad idea.  It should be fine as long as your implant does not get exposed or infected.  Be Well!!
