Uneven Lips After Accident 11 Years Ago: How Can I Even Them Out? (Photo)

When I was about 10 I fell and bust my lip on a concrete floor Im now 21 and ever since one side of my lip has been noticeable fatter than the other side what are my option in order to even them out.
