Reducing the lips is a procedure under local that makes a big improvement for roughly $2500 per lip. Most all derm surgeon or plastic docs can do it and tailor it to what you want. Sincerely, David Hansen,MD

It is possible to use a different type of filler in order to correct the issue. Something like Restylane or Juvederm might be better suited for your lips. 

Thank you for your question. It can take several weeks (approximately 2-4 weeks) for all swelling to resolve after fat grafting to the lips. I recommend having a follow up with your injector in 2 weeks for an evaluation. Best of Luck!
