How can I get a thinner nose like Megan Fox's?

My nose is huge from the front,It looks good from the side but not from the front. I'm 15,can I ever get an desired nose? Such as Megan Fox or such? I know thats a little too drastic but I think I would look soo much better and so would my features if I had an skinny nose such as Megan.

The nasal tip can be refined and made thinner to enhance the front appearance of the nose if you desire.  Please consult with a board certified specialist who can assist you with achieving the results you seek.  3-dimensional computer imaging can also help you visualize what you may look like afterwards.

Your nose can be made smaller and more defined but you cannot achieve a nose similar to Megan Fox's because of your thick skin. I encourage you to consult with a rhinoplasty specialist to establish reasonable expectations.
