Your nose can be made more attractive and feminine with rhinoplasty.  You have deep radix, over projecting tip, boxy tip, and an over projecting tip to name a several issue that can be improved with a rhinoplasty.  Find someone who has experience and can demonstrate that to you with pre and post op photos.  Also consider finding someone who is a member of the rhinoplasty society.

Hello,Facial feminization and nasal feminization is our specialty.  There are a number of aspects that go into making a nose more feminine, and just having a "rhinoplasty" is not typically the answer. In your case, feminization of the nose will be a good solution.You'll likely want to "deproject" your nose, and address the undersurface where your nose is hanging down somewhat.I encourage you to learn more about this and best of luck!

This will allow you to see the proposed surgical result and the surgeon will then discuss what needs to be done to attain this result. In your case fixing the over projecting tip and refinement will add the feminization you are looking for.
