What's most important for timing in rhinoplasty is, of course finding the right surgeon. Make sure they are a specialist in rhinoplasty and that it comprises a majority of your doctor's practice. As for timing, the nose heals at the same rate regardless of outside temperature. Timing is more related to when you can take a week and a half off of work or school. Plus my patients are instructed not to work out for 3 weeks or get sun for 6 weeks. You can be outside in the sun but need to wear sunblock and a hat. So, pick the time based on what works best for your scheule.
