I agree that the implants are too far out on each side. To fix this you could have a capsulorraphy to essentially sew closed the outside portion of the pocket.

Your breasts implants are falling to the side because the pocket is over dissected. Repair will involve placing internal sutures to keep the implants in place and likely changing them to implants that better fit your frame - perhaps textured silicone implants. The cost will vary, but will probably be more than you paid originally. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in breast implant revisions.

This can be corrected by a lateral capsulorrhaphy. It is a quick surgical procedure where you can go home the same day with little pain. Because you have 6 year old saline implants, you may want to consider switching to a silicone gel implant while you are in there. Saline implants have a shorter implant life span, so it may be a good decision but not a necessary one because saline can last longer than 10 years. Just a thought to save on recovery time and cost in the future. Cost will depend on what you and your surgeon decide. ac

Yes, I see the lateral displacement in the supine position. But also the hypoplasia of the result - too small implants also.. Re operation with open lateral capsularraphy and exchange to larger sized implants is my recommendation.. Fee range from $4,000 to $8,000...

It would appear that your pockets are overdissected laterally. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. You will need a capsuloraphy (lateral suture repair) of the breast pockets to close down the space. You will also change out your implants at that time for a number of reasons including size and feel. Best of luck.

Thank you for your question and photographs. The lateral displacement of your breast implants is a phenomena of a large breast implant pocket with smaller breast implant. This certainly can be fixed but we will need surgical revision.Consult a plastic surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, experienced in cosmetic breast surgery, and who has an excellent reputation in your community.
