How do I stop my breasts from leaking milk?

I stopped a year & a half ago, but I'm still spontaneously secreting breast milk from both my breasts, so now I wear breast pads. My breasts leak a milky discharge that is white/ light yellow, but does not contain any blood and that is a good thing so I'm told by my doctor. During love making my milk literally squirts out continuously in large amounts. How do I stop my breasts from leaking milk?

I think it is important that you a board certifed general surgeon who specializes in breast surgery in order to have the appropriate workup and treatment options, this does not fall into the plastic surgery scope of practice

Thank you for your question! Do you happen to be around screaming kids, or recently breastfeeding, or have had post-postpartum depression? These can contribute to lactation. I do suggest seeing an endocrinologist and have your prolactin levels checked. Good luck!
