You should be fine to use OTC medications after surgery. I can not think of any reason that you would have a problem with taking such sleep aids.

This should be checked out by an endocrinologist rather than a plastic surgeon, as the problem may be related to your hormones.
Although implants can mold to the shape of a tight fitting bra, this is generally not permanent as wittnessed by their returning to their normal shape the next am. Perhaps consider wearing a less constricting bra.
