I have many self-inflicted scars on my body, the smaller ones are basically faded BUT I do have some large white ones left. Since the scars are about 5 years old and I'm a frequent user of tanning beds and an extremely frequent tanner during the summers, these scars stand out really clearly. I feel like my only hope is plastic surgery.. If so, what kind of surgery? And are there other ways at all? The image features about 50-60% of my scars that I want to remove. Thank you in advance.

Very, very hard to remove these dangerous illegal substance. The surgery to remove can cause scarring by the body's reaction to the substance and the operation incisions. Only attempts rot remove surgically can maybe ...help. But again why do you all ALLOW a non doctor to inject your face is...
I would recommend a scar revision to improve the scar in your eyebrow. This would allow the eyebrow to be more aligned and reduce the scar. Hair transplants to the eyebrow could be another option but I think the scar revision would give you a good result.
