one bump is above my right eybrow and one is 3 cm above the first one also on the right side .they formed because i have hit my head when i was little.I actually have a scarr(surgery like ) because my skin was cut there when i hit my head .I was wondering if the same scar could be used to make an incision and shave the two bumps.i dont mind having a surgery scarr because i already have one.

Answer: I Have a Forehead Bump and a Scar over It, can It Be Removed?
My option is to excise the scar, use a similar matched skin ( possibly from your front of your ear, or behind your ear, depending on laxity). This will or should remove the edges, and hopefully make the scar fuller. ie. Full thickness graft. Second stage, I would follow this up with laser...
I would treat these hypertrophic and potentially keloid scars on the back and chest with a combination of IIT, laser, and pressure, coupled with topical silicone.
The longterm results of this treatment depend greatly on whether there is cartilaginous involvement of the keloid. I would perform a careful presurgical examination to determine the extent of keloid within the tissue.
