I Have a Forehead Bump and a Scar over It, can It Be Removed?

Question

one bump is above my right eybrow and one is 3 cm above the first one also on the right side .they formed because i have hit my head when i was little.I actually have a scarr(surgery like ) because my skin was cut there when i hit my head .I was wondering if the same scar could be used to make an incision and shave the two bumps.i dont mind having a surgery scarr because i already have one.

These bumps can both be removed. The question is whether they are soft tissue (scar or possibly a lipoma) or bone (osteoma). Either way they can be removed. Soft tissue lumps usually require an incision right on top of the bump while bony lumps such as an osteoma can often be removed via an incision hidden in the hairline. If the bumps on your forehead are scar tissue and not bone, then they should be able to be removed fairly easily.  If the scar is over one of the bumps, then the incision could be done through the existing scar.  You most likely would need a new incision over the other bump though, because it is further away.
