I would recommend a scar revision to improve the scar in your eyebrow. This would allow the eyebrow to be more aligned and reduce the scar. Hair transplants to the eyebrow could be another option but I think the scar revision would give you a good result.
There are really two good options for this type of scar. The missing eyebrow hairs will not grow back therefore the scar can either be surgically replaced with a more narrow scar or medical tattoo can be used to blend the scar color and further camouflage the scar with dark tattoo to mimic brow hairs.
