How can I make my eyes look less prominent/bulgy? Also a fix for drooping brow and lower eyelid (Photo)

It is difficult to tell from the photos you provide.  It appears you do have bulgy eyes but you also have hollowness around the eyes, which can make the eyes appear more bulgy.  Lower eyelid retraction can also make the eyes appear more bulgy.  Please provide better photos of both eyes with you looking straight ahead.  You may benefit from combination of cosmetic orbital decompression and filling around the eyes.

A thorough evaluation by a qualified facial surgeon is required.  I'm assuming that you've had Graves disease ruled out with blood tests, etc.  Patients with "bulging" eyes often have what is called a "negative vector", meaning the bones around the eyes do not project adequately.  So sometimes, placement of implants on the rim of the eye socket will give the appearance of the eye not bulging so much.  Seek a consultation with a specialist who has experience with your type of problem.
