I am 53 had a lift 10 years ago with an incision under my chin, I also have sun damage, Doctor seems to think I can try this laser and get away with surgery?????
Answer: Fractora for sun damaged skin Fractora is one of several treatments which can help treat sun damaged skin. Fractora works via Radiofrequency needling while other treatments such as C02 laser work from a top down approach. Diffuse Sculptra is another option for the skin along the neck and decollete. Multiple modalities over time often lead to the best results when treating the skin in the neck area.

Answer: Morpheus8 or Fractora RF for neck tightening Thank you for your question and for attaching photos. The Morpheus8/ FractoraRF can work well for collagen stimulation to improve the neck. It is not a laser. Morpheus8 (newest version of FractoraRF) and FractoraRF are radio frequency devises. 6 seems like a lot of treatments. In our practice we would typically start with 3. It would also depend on the depth and number of passes. For the sun damage, Sciton BBL, can work well at lifting age/sun spots. You may be most satisfied with a revision of the neck. It is hard with only the one view. You have lots of options, but the surgical procedure is probably best and most predictable. Best of luck.

Answer: Fractora for neck improvement There are a lot of treatments available to help tighten and improve the quality of the skin on the neck. Fractora is an excellent option. It is actually not a laser, but works using radiofrequency delivered into the skin through very fine needles. Fraxel laser on the other hand is delivered from the skin down. Regarding Fractora - 6 treatments is quite a lot. I would start with a combination treatment using Fractora and Forma to tighten and improve the skin. This is a really good option. I offer a number of different options too. RRS by SkinTech, intradermal injections are really good at tightening and reducing the sagging in the neck area. Profhilo also helps to improve the neck area and used with a 10 point lift can give some great results. Several options to think about. But make sure you have a really good neck cream, Ultra Firming Neck Cream by NeoStrata and Body emulsion by ZO Skin Health area all good.

Answer: FRACTORA Please remember the Fractora isn't a laser, be wary of practitioners calling it such. It uses radio frequency technology in conjugation with mico-needling to deliver heat deep into the skin. This causes a remolding of the skin and a tightening of it as well. Fractora works from under the skin allowing collegian to remodel. So in several weeks you will have much healthier skin, but keep in mind a series of three treatments is recommended for optimal results. In our experience it causes for a tightening of the skin and visibly improved skin from sun damage. It works well for a maintenance option for post surgical to help extend your results.
