I started to develop skin tags on my eyelids in my 40’s. Having been to see two other dermatologists who were unable to assist due to the delicate and sensitive area around the eyes, it was a welcome relief for Dr Anna to be recommended to me. She immediately put me at ease, talked me through the available treatments, provided me with a quote and arranged to see me again to carry out the procedure. Within 2 weeks of the initial consultation my treatment was completed. It has made such a difference to my face already. My skin is still healing but already I feel more confident and am so relieved to have found a consultant who not only listened but carried out a procedure I was told was not possible. I can highly recommend Dr Anna and have already recommended to my friends. I have no doubt I will use her again for any other dermatological procedures.
Dr Anna was brilliant. She understood what I needed more than I did and I’m delighted with the results! Virtually pain free and only one very faint bruise, I don’t know how she does it but I am converted!
Anna was so sensitive and took time to gently understand the best way to resolve my facial palsy. The results are unbelievable, my eye is lifted and her creative use of botox has restructured my face entirely! Her treatment has also removed the terrible strain I was experiencing for years in my brow. I can't believe the difference! I've had awful experiences with botox in the past. I highly recommend you see Anna - she has changed my life and I actually feel happy when I look in the mirror!
Anna is very knowledgeable about skin and her treatments are excellent. Both in terms of technique and the end results themselves. I would highly recommend her. She is very thorough and reassuring, whether it’s your first treatment or you’re one of her regular clients.
Dr Hemming is an incredible aesthetic physician. She is always very informative and attentive. I have experienced several other physicians and she is by far the best and produces the best results which are virtually painless too! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to refresh their face!
It’s very reassuring to be treated by such a well qualified and informative doctor. After having Fractora, and now in my fifth month of using ZO products, my skin has never felt better! I have always appreciated the follow up emails too.
I have been seeing Anna for about 4 years and have recommended her to many of my friends. We are all very happy with her treatments and her style. I think it is very reassuring to have a qualified doctor administering facial treatments and Anna certainly provides that reassurance. I have had botox and fillers and Profhilo treatments over the years. All professionally administered. Anna takes time to explain the treatments and follow up with good aftercare. the results are fantastic and very natural. My family doesn't even realise that I have had the treatments, but just comment on "how good I am looking".
Anna is so relaxed and lovely. She makes you feel totally relaxed whilst giving you the assurance that she knows what she is talking about. Think this is the first time I feel like I am talking to someone who is about finding the best solution for you rather than necessarily promoting either a specific product or a specific procedure. Would totally recommend her.
When it comes to your face you want to do a detailed research. I found Dr Anna via Google search. After going through her website and reading reviews, I made a consultation appointment with her. I like the fact that she is very honest and doesn't add glory information to make clients. I felt comfortable and started the process as recommended. In January 2018, I went for ZO 3-step peel, and all the bumps on my Skin are gone. I want to get rid of acne scarring and all the bumps on my face. I am actually shocked how much of a difference one treatment has made. I have booked my second treatment. Dr Anna will tell you to eat well, maintain a regime to clean your skin. It is important to listen to this advice and miracles can happen. I suffer from acne at age 14 and I am now 35. To be able to know that I can be scar free it is an amazing feeling. My true advice to anyone doing face treatment is: Trust your consultant, listen to their advice, be kind to yourself and love yourself.
I went to Dr. Hemming to get expert advice regarding aging and skin health for life moving forwards. She was brilliant at answering all (my many) questions and clearly an expert in her field. My initial concern was complexion improvement for which she prescribed an Obaji treatment plan which has been really effective. I am thrilled with my treatment and can trust Dr. Hemming to advise me moving forwards in life regarding my skin health and aging journey. Thank you Dr.Hemming!!
Hyaluronidase starts working immediately, once injected into an area of unwanted hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Initially the treatment area may feel a little swollen for a few hours. Possibly red, slightly tender or warm. Although it starts working immediately visible results from hyaluronidase treatment take 2-3 days to show. The treatment works as hyaluronidase (which is an enzyme) triggers the reaction to break up hyaluronic acid (dermal filler) very quickly. This creates some soft fluid product quick reabsorbed by your body. Further treatment can be arranged if necessary, this is dependent on the amount of volume needed to be removed. Following Hyaluronidase treatment to break down unwanted filler your skin will slowly readjust to it's new contours.
Filler in a really good option for lifting jowls, placed carefully in the areas where you have lost volume and the fat pads thin as we age a dermal filler encourages collagen and elastin to form within it as well as improving the hydration of the tissues. By lifting these areas the jowl improves. Filler is placed in the cheek and possible near the temple as well as along the jaw allowing the area to be redefined. If your jowls have a lot of weight then a filler may not be able to lift to this extent. By visiting your aesthetic doctor you will be able to discuss you concerns and they will be able to suggest the right way forward for you. Other options may also be presented such as skin tightening procedures (Radiofrequency, Fractora, Forma, Skin peels, RRS / Profhilo), skin care and intradermal fillers. These all have a part in the regenerative treatment of the ageing skin and facial anatomy.
Essentially Botox is really better for eye wrinkles (crows feet) however depending on the depth and extend of the wrinkles and the quality of the skin and it's need to stimulate collagen and elastin formation a light dermal filler may be of benefit. There are many available and the right one really will depend on your examination. It is probably best to discuss this with your aesthetic doctor in person who can examine you and recommend the best option for treatment.
Following injectable aesthetic treatment with botox and / or Filler treatment there are just a couple of sensible measures to take note of. These allow the treatment to settle and minimise any additional risks of infection. All are intended to give you the best outcome and results. If you follow the advice below you will get the best out of your treatments. 1) Immediately after treatment and for the next 4 hours keep upright. Don't bend excessively. 2) for 12 hours after treatment avoid alcohol, non mineral make up. Also avoid gentle exercise. 3) For 2 days after treatment do not rub or massage your treatment areas. Pat skin dry after washing. Avoid extreme strenuous exercise. 4) For 2 weeks after treatment avoid strong sunlight, saunas and do not have facials or radio-frequency treatment.
The number of units of dysport (or azzalure - same product in a single patient vial) for the treatment of your frown depends entirely on the assessment of your muscle strength and the look you want to achieve. If you want to be totally frozen vs have some natural movement but smooth the lines that are starting to form. If this is your first treatment then I would spent some time to find out exactly what you are wanting from your treatment. I would go for between 30 - 50 units for the frown lines in your first treatment depending on the strength and pulling they are able to exert along with the expectation from my patient. A word of advice. I would not go on group for any medical aesthetic injectable treatment as generally you tend to get what you pay for. If you want an experienced injector to treat you in a non bias way then please avoid deals and cheap offers. I have experienced patents coming to me to try to get these corrected.
