Fractora under sedation - should I proceed or should I opt for a series of less aggressive treatments over a few month?

I feel you get a better result for fractora/Morpheus when it is done more aggressively at one time with local anesthesia with a little iv sedation for complete comfort. Why suffer?

Unfortunately, without photos and at least some history as to the cause(s) of and what types of scars you have, and where they are located, as well as what kind of aging issues you have, I.e. wrinkles, brown spots, sagging, etc. I can only speak in very general terms.
Simple subcision works well and has a thirty year track record for both safety and efficacy for elevating and smoothing all kinds of Indented scars, from all causes. What's more it typically engenders little to no significant downtime.
For ice pick scars and dilated pores, TCA CROSS works well. Again, simple with little to no significant downtime.
For age-related fine crinkles and brown spots a series of in-ffice professionally performed superficial peels, using high concentrations of glycolic or salicylic acid, Jessner's Solution, or low concentrations of TCA can be very helpful, especially if couple with the at-home use of a Rx topical agents, such as retinoids.
For dynamic, motion-related wrinkling, such as horizontal worry lines or crow's feet, there are neuromodulators, such as Botox.
For deep static wrinkles, like smile lines and marionette lines, or for volume loss in the cheeks or jowls along the jawline, there are a variety of HA fillers,
Personally, the idea of deep sedation and just the reliance on a fraxel laser treatment as an aggressive one-size-fits-all treatment doesn't sit well with me.
