Fractora under sedation - should I proceed or should I opt for a series of less aggressive treatments over a few month?

I am about to have Fractora for aging, scar improvement and skin laxity. The doctor does this treatment under sedation so he can go deeper..I am researching and I have yet to come across anyone mention doing a once off treatment under sedation. Downtime is 10 to 14 days. Would anyone have any input if this is how I should proceed or should I opt for a series of less aggressive treatments over a few months. Thank you.
