I have done the Tupler exercises after my first pregnancy and I workout daily. I'm thin and my skin looks pretty nice other than the gaping hole running down my middle. I'm now 3-months pregnant with my second child and wondering if I should agree to let her sew the muscles. She said it won't be as strong as mesh. Will I have to worry about the stitching popping for the rest of my life? I was able to close my first diastasis quite a bit with months of exercising but I still had a two inch gap. Advice...
