Can a Car Accident with Direct Impact of my Stomach and Breast to the Steering Wheel and Seat Belt Effect my TT and BL?

Glory4Me
1mth 2 dys po involved in accident. Stomach & chest were slammed into steering wheel and jolted backed by the seatbelt, no air bag. stomach is much more swollen. the upper left side of the stomach sticks out larger than the rest of my stomach, lumpy, sensitive to touch, constantly burning sensation. Breasts opened in the crease area are throbbing in the opening & areola area. One breast has a lump on the side under the arm. Can an accident cause muscle separation? How soon can it be repaired?
