I think it is loose due to age and I did gain and loose about 35 pounds after starting a certain medication about 3 years ago. The skin also has a cellulite appearance. I am 55 and my lower abs could use a little tuck also.

Upper abdominal skin usually gets tightened with a tummy tuck, however, in cases where the looseness is severe a reverse tummy tuck or a Fleur de Lis pattern might be needed.
